- In the search bar at the top of the page, enter your tracking number exactly as it appears in your email.
- Click the "Track" button or press Enter on your keyboard.
- You will see real-time updates, including the current location, estimated delivery date, and a timeline of all shipping events.
17Track also offers a mobile app for iOS and Android, allowing you to receive push notifications for status changes.
Option B: Track Directly with the Carrier
If you prefer to use the specific carrier's website, your shipping email will indicate which company is handling your delivery (e.g., "Shipped via DHL"). Simply go to that carrier's official tracking page, enter your tracking number, and follow their instructions.
Step 3: Understand Your Tracking Status
Common tracking statuses you may encounter include:
- Order Processed / Ready for Shipment: Your package is being prepared at our warehouse.
- Picked Up / In Transit: The carrier has collected your package and it is moving through the network.
