1. User Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and FunkiFlux ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or browsing our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the purchase process. All transactions are subject to product availability and our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FunkiFlux and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that specific item. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

All content on the FunkiFlux website—including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and design—is the property of FunkiFlux or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Mice, Headphones, or Controller, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items damaged due to misuse or wear are not eligible.
  • Process: To initiate a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. A restocking fee of 10% may apply to non-defective returns.
  • Timing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exceptions: Perishable or personalized items, if applicable, are non-returnable. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
